I am a doctor of physical therapy and a clinician with 15 years of experience.
I’ve had the privilege of treating MSK patients and athletic injuries from over 40 countries. I’m passionate about understanding human movement as a universal language.
I’ve also shared my expertise in manual therapy and sports injury rehab through teaching engagements nationally and internationally, across the Gulf countries, Asia and Eastern Europe.
My journey with Kinetic Control began with a curiosity about “core exercises” and evolved into a mastery of the Kinetic Control system. I now help patients understand their body mechanics and overcome MSK challenges.
Working with patients experiencing chronic pain, I’m always pleased to hear their feedback on how they’re empowered to understand their body movements and function better with no pain.
As a sub-specialist working with athletes from elite sports, I’m fascinated by the challenge of testing an athlete’s control, especially when they’re incredibly powerful. Kinetic Control training helps them think differently about their injuries and the root causes behind them. I’ve found outstanding outcomes with these clients by changing their movement patterns, either in injury management or in screening athletes preparing for competition.
As a physiotherapist, finding a system to help me treat, educate, and improve the quality of daily life functions of patients, without relying on complex medical jargon — but instead focusing on diagnosing and training uncontrolled movement — was a game-changer in my practice.
